Please send all requests at least 8 weeks in advance so we have time to license the music and rehearse them for your big moment!

Ensemble Sizes
Minimum temperature: Outdoor performances require temperatures above 60°F.
Heating accommodations: If temperatures are below or expected to fall below 60°F, a suitable space heater (1 per soloist, 2+ per ensemble) must be provided to maintain a comfortable performance environment and to keep our delicate instruments in tune.
Dry conditions are required. String instruments and related equipment must be protected from rain, moisture, and damp conditions.
Covered performance areas: If there is a possibility of rain or moisture, a covered area must be provided to ensure the musicians and their instruments remain completely dry.
Indoor alternative: If adequate outdoor coverage is unavailable or weather conditions are unsuitable, an indoor performance space must be provided.
